Climbing Park Safety Orientation
If you have your sights set high, you have to start in a small way! This rule applies to our tree-climbing park as well: Tutored by experienced guides, you'll first finish our Mönchsberg and Kapuzinerberg training courses at a height of 1 metre, equipped with a helmet and a climbing harness, familiarizing yourself with our double safety system. Our security system
Our climbing park features two belay systems that meet the highest safety standards. The SSB system from Bornack is equipped with two belay carabiners. Only one carabiner can be clipped into a designated point and locked. Locking this carabiner automatically unlocks the second one, allowing it to be clipped into a different point. From a technical standpoint, accidental unclipping is impossible.
Our second system is called Safety Line and is additionally installed on all courses. This system has only one carabiner that must be slid over steel plates. This system is easier to use for people with small hands (especially children).
We are the only park in Europe that uses two systems of the highest safety level in a single climbing park!
